NBC Promo guy

It's not often I post commercial stuff that isn't something I have directly worked on but this is an exception.

NBC is obviously one of the BIG networks in the the Ole USA but recently they signed a deal with youtube and have been posting content on the site, this has had some users up in arms because 'it's big media muscling into and taking advantage of the new guy' and posting comments of sites saying 'they just don't get it'. Well this great video is prove positive that someone in NBC really 'gets it'. Great writing, great direction and the best thing I have seen in ages.

Nike+ is sweet

So I have started going to the gym again, which was well overdue and combined with watching what I eat and drink I have started to lose some serious weight (approx. 10 pounds so far).

I also recently purchased the Nike+ for my ipod nano. So far I am very impressed... - going to write the rest at work.

Just like a bus

You wait for ages and all of a sudden I feel like posting another video. This one just amazes me on so many different levels: the commitment to actually do this everyday for 6 years, the pacing of the video, the music used and just the sheer beauty of the piece.
